Solo show: We Can Fly
We Can Fly was an exhibition exploring women and potential. It was the culmination of The Beryl Lewis Scholarship presented to me by the Illawarra International Women’s Day Committee. It took place in 2019 to coincide with International Women’s Day at the Village Gallery, Port Kembla. I am very grateful for this scholarship opportunity.
The Wollongong Aquisitive Sculpture Award
I have been selected as one of twenty three finalists to exhibit in the WASA. This exhibition will take place in the Wollongong Botanic Gardens from 9th April till 20th May 2018. The official launch will be on the 11th April. Would love to see you there.
Making Landfall
I will be exhibiting, along with other IAVA (Illawarra Association of the Visual Arts) members, at the Waverley Library Gallery in an exhibition entitled Making Landfall from December through January. The official opening looks like being 9th December at 1pm. Hope to see you there.

I am exhibiting with IAVA (The Illawarra Association for the Visual Arts) of which I am a founding member in the ACT at Belconnen Art Space from Friday 30th June until Saturday 22nd July. The official opening night will be Friday 30th. All welcome. I will be showing my sculpture entitled ‘The Inner Life’ and five associated sculptural wall pieces. Would love to see lots of friends there. IAVA will be running some workshops and a series of interesting artists talks.

Directions
Follow Sheaffes Road (off West Dapto Road) for 4km until you see the boom gate with sign “Hillside Farm”. Pass through and continue up the hill. Hillside Gallery (Subud Wollongong Centre) is about 300m directly ahead at the next road intersection which goes right. Look for gallery sign. Parking is on the left.

- Exhibition and Workshops are free but a donation will help to cover costs.
- All workshops are suitable for beginners.
- Bring your own lunch. Cakes, coffee and tea are for sale at the gallery.
- Please no stilettos.
- Hillside Farm is a private property. Please walk on the property only with a designated guide.

Friday 15th July
- Exhibition opening: 6 – 9pm
Saturday 16th July
- 10:30am: Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls performance with Elizabeth Brandis. Bring mat, cushion & blanket.
- 11am – 12noon: Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls workshop with Elizabeth Brandis. Bring mat, cushion & blanket.
- 12noon – 1pm: Lunch (contribute a plate or bring your own lunch if you are attending).
- 1pm – 2pm: Inspirational walk on Hillside Farm (15 mins easy to medium grade walk followed by 30 mins relaxing/quiet time on the hill). Wear clothes & shoes suitable for a bushwalk.
- 2pm – 3or 4pm: Creative art making (or writing) workshop: choice of writing; mandala drawing or collage; or 3D sculpture construction.
Sunday 17th July
- 10am – 11am: Tai Chi Workshop with Rusel Last
- 11:30am – 12noon: Argentinian Drumming performance by Illawarra’s OWN Heartbeats
- 12noon – 1pm: Lunch (contribute a plate or bring your own lunch if you are attending).
- 1pm – 2pm: Argentinian Drumming workshop with Barbara Malcolm from OWN
- 2pm – 3or 4pm: This time is available for another walk on Hillside Farm and/or creative work in art or writing. Wear clothes & shoes suitable for a bushwalk.
